Eagles Fly Fundraising Campaign

The school budget defeat and subsequent cuts from the revised budget for 2006-07 school year resulted in athletic cuts totaling $52,000. Three teams were cut entirely (ice hockey, gymnastics & cheerleading), all non-league games were eliminated and fitness center access, used by all students, was reduced by 50%.

The district has agreed to let the three sports teams self-fund their programs this year. Accordingly, the BCAA is launching a community fundraiser to raise the necessary funds. Please see this flyer [PDF] for event details.

We have a total of 5,179 students in the Bethlehem School District. They are all champions. They all deserve the best programs we can give them.
