BC@Home support for parents

Parents who are looking for support when they are experiencing difficulties with BC@Home now have four options to choose in order to receive assistance.
• Use the Support and Feedback link on the welcome screen
• Once logged in, if issues arise, parents can use the Support and Feedback link at the bottom of the page.
• Parents can email the BCSD HelpDesk at helpdesk@bcsd.neric.org
• Parents can also call the Help Desk at 518-478-0296.
