BCHS students claim 3 Intel ISEF Awards & 1 Special Award at the RPI Intel Science Fair
On March 22, three Bethlehem students competed at the RPI Intel Science Fair. Approximately 90 students participated in this research based competition from around the state. There were 12 awards given out and Bethlehem students - Elizabeth Cultrara, Thomas Sheridan and Daniel Wilkinson - claimed 3 of these awards. READ MORE »

Donation to help remind students to Hang Up & Drive!
Members of the Bethlehem Police Department stopped by the high school on Tuesday, March 25, to present members of SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) with checks totaling $500 to be used to bring a special guest speaker to the school. That speaker, Jacy Good, will deliver to students a compelling personal story of how a young man talking on a cell phone caused an accident that would change Jacy's life forever. READ MORE »

BC students advance in National Merit Scholarship competition
All seven Bethlehem students named semifinalists in the prestigious National Merit Scholarship Program have moved on to become finalists in the scholarship program. They are: James Barriere, Julia Champagne, Elizabeth Cultrara, Katherine Kolodziej, Max Rosenberg, Seth Schoenhaus and Aria Shi. Finalist status allows each of the students the opportunity to advance and compete for 8,000 National Merit Scholarships worth about $35 million. READ MORE »
Afternoon Cafe helps BCHS student fuel up for sports, more
BCHS students who stay after school for sports or extracurriculars can now fuel up for afternoon and evening activities without venturing out into the cold. The BCHS cafeteria offers an AFTERNOON CAFÉ for students and staff from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. The menu features hot toasted panini, hot and cold beverages, fresh baked goods, yogurt and fresh fruit. VIEW MENU »

The BC Talon has a new online nest, going digital-only in 2013-14. The student-run news publication will no longer print newspapers but will continue to provide the hard-hitting and well-written school news coverage BC residents have come to expect.
