I am Komal Ghai, a teacher at St. Mark’s group of schools. I teach science to grade 9 and 10 at St.Mark’s Girls Sr.Sec. School ,New Delhi. I have been teaching in the school from past 4 years and till now it has been a great learning experience for me too. I love reading, cooking, travelling, exploring nature and exploring life.As a teacher I feel privileged to be amongst the sparkling youth who dares to bring about a few changes and dreams big with their wings of imagination. As for our country, it a land of diverse cultures. We have one of the seven wonders of the world ‘Taj Mahal’ , an epitome of ‘Love’ and the same is the very essence of our country. Its famous for different dance forms, music ,food , architecture, literature and the very spirit of India- Love and companionship. Our school is located in one of the posch localities of the capital city of India-New Delhi. Our school was started by the visionary founder chairman-Mr. T.P Aggarwal with a noble cause of promoting the education of girl child in our country. Our chairperson Ms.Anjali Aggarwal is a multi faceted personality who believes in ‘Not looking for the flaws but for potential’. Our principal –Ms Sheena Kalenga is equally passionate educator who believes in harnessing the best out of every student and strives to make them responsible citizens of tomorrow.

school building is set amidst sprawling green lawns – a hub of diverse flora and
fauna.
The girls of SMGS are trained to handle curricular and co-curricular activities simultaneously.Special care is taken to instill self –discipline in their receptive minds.Under the canopy of the school motto ‘Loyality, Truth and Honour’ the faculty and the management endeavour , not only to enable students to compete with others for a place in professional outlets but also imbue them with social awareness and a sense of responsibility as a citizen of a larger Global Community.With this motive in our mind we are here to share our leraning experiences in various ways ,taking steps together to bring about a few changes around us and make this planet a better place to be.To know more about our school, you may visit us at www.saintmarksschool.com.
