As you proceed in your academic career, you will be required to do research in many of your courses.  The following resources will help you:

BCMS Research Guide explains how to select a topic, locate appropriate sources, access information, take notes, choose a presentation format, and evaluate the product and process.

BCMS Style Manual explains how to format your citations. Your teacher may require you to include a list of resources that you used during your research.  This list is attached to the end of your project, and is titled Works Cited. 

Notetaking Sheet provides a useful way to take notes if you are not required to use source cards and note cards.  Feel free to download and make copies as needed.
